. this cloud coverage will continue towards northern california. and this continues from the northern california region. we will not see rainfall but it will be lingering. overnight temperatures will be just a little bit warmer with the futurecast showing in the 40's for the 7:00 a.m. our. i'd think we could even see 30's. by noon, we could see widespread 60s. we will see more of the 70's in the north bay. however, taking a look at the north bay temperatures we will see even 30's and it happened, and vallejo. and in-napa toward 49 degrees in san francisco. this month by the california nurses association. >> the windchill wipers and a live shot of s.f. 0 foregoing. >> we are picking up some light rain this morning on storm tracker 4. initially it was up north of the golden gate bridge but we are seeing some stray showers in parts of san francisco. parts of the bay bridge and impacting some of the east bay as well. around the bay area you will need windchill wipers the one-on- one approach in san rafael into ocean beach over to you richmond district. we're detecting a dry break for the bay bridge right now. some of the showers and pushed their way east and we're seeing light rain on highway 13 over portions of the caldecott tunnel. satellite and radar shows this cold front pushing its way closer to the bay area. this is a slow-moving system and the bulk of the wet weather will fall into the overnight hours. i will walk to the timing of the storm coming up in my next report. >> we are still monitoring major counter in delays this morning there was a fatality about an hour ago in palo alto. northbound train no. 103 struck and killed a pedestrian.

hispanic vote, about 11% this time out and you see an influx of younger people and people from california who have come here and they have changed the complexion of this state. it's now a very purple state. a third democratic, a third republican and this county where i am a third independent. we're here in arapaho which is south of denver, one of the swingiest of the swing counties. you can see behind me they're counting ballots. they're counting ballots that have already been mailed in. that's the numbers we're working on now. this is a big mail in early vote, early state here in arapaho, county. about 68% people mailed in before voting started today. now this is a state that was concerned about voting problems but it didn't turn out that way. because so many people voted early, the polling places were able to handle people who showed up. one area where they had a 90 minute, two hour wait and they said to people look if you change precincts you can go next door and you can vote in five minutes. that said, now this state is really beginning to count the votes that were cast today. about a
